01
Live numbers, not guesses
Every public role shows how many people applied and where the process stands. Those counts come from the hiring log — not marketing estimates.
02
Must-haves before the inbox
If you do not meet a must-have, we do not take an application. You see why on the page. Founders stop sorting resumes that were never going to fit.
03
A clear status, not silence
After you apply, you get a private status link. You can see where you are. You can opt out of rejection email if you prefer to check the link yourself.
04
A dead job can't look fresh
Every role shows when anyone last moved a candidate. A job nobody is working shows an old date.
Coming soon: We'll ask companies at 30 days of silence whether they're still hiring, and take the job down if they don't answer by day 45.

Your data stays with Daylight
Applicant data is not copied into other recruiting databases. You can ask us to delete your data.
What we can’t promise
- We cannot promise you will get the job — only that the process is visible and the basics are checked up front.
- We cannot promise high volume. Daylight is built for fit, not for flooding an inbox.
- We cannot promise automated hard deletion of every copy of your data until that flow is designed. You can always ask us to delete what we hold.
